Mr Chung, who’s the grandson of Hyundai founder Ju-yung Chung, is ready to take the torch from his father within the high job.
The Hyundai Motor Group has introduced Euisun Chung will take over from his father as chairman of the board.
In remarks delivered following his promotion, Mr Chung stated the long run path of the model can be targeted on ‘prospects,’ ‘humanity,’ and ‘social contribution.’
The 49-year-old – who’s the grandson of firm founder – studied on the College of San Francisco between 1993 and 1997.
In keeping with Forbes, by 2018 he had an estimated web price of $2.5 billion (AU$three.5 billion) by advantage of his household connections.
Euisun’s father and outgoing Hyundai chairman Mong-Koo Chung is now 82, and has taken an honorary place on the board.
